31 Weeks!

So it's been about 10 weeks since I posted last. I'm not doing a good job keeping up with things. Anyway...I'm now 31 weeks and a few days, and I can't believe it! I've had a few "bumps" in this pregnancy but overall I feel great!

When they did the anatomy scan at 22 weeks they couldn't get a great shot of the spine, so I had to have another ultrasound at 26 to check that. Fortunately all was fine with the spine ;) However, then they noticed that the head was measuring ahead of the body--but nothing else looked alarming. Alice had a bigger head too so they just feel like it's genetics--our poor babies :) They also noticed that there was a lot of amniotic fluid. They said I was still "normal" just in the high end of normal. So I had to get another ultra sound at my last appointment which was at 29 weeks. Again, everything looked fine. They said since the baby was breech so that's why it looked like there was extra fluid. However at that appointment I had high blood pressure which I've never had in my life. They rechecked it about 45 mins later and it was normal and my mom has been checking it everyday and it's been normal. So I'm hoping it was just a random thing and not preeclampsia. I had lab work done as well and that was all normal and I also don't have any other symptoms. So hopefully it was a one time thing! Other than that I'm feeling great. Baby is moving like crazy and I'm loving it, but I'm at the point where I am anxious to meet this little one! I don't have much longer!

This pregnancy I've been craving sweets something awful! I don't really eat a lot of sweets normally, but I have HAD to have chocolate a least once a day...but usually twice ;) Lately I've had a craving for blueberry muffins...and really blueberry anything. I woke up one day dying for a Boberry biscuit, which I have never had in my life. And it was delish!! I'm hoping this sweet tooth goes away with the pregnancy because if not I'll be huge! :)

Anyway, I only have 8 weeks at the most left! I can't wait to meet our little one! The whole time I've been thinking its a boy, but starting two weeks ago I've been feeling like it may be another girl! I was the same way with Alice. It's nice not having a major feeling one way or another because when we have the baby we will truly be surprised! I can't wait!!
